Mulder-Hardenberg supplies an extensive range of rugged (touch) displays suitable for heavy-duty use in (heavy) industry, defense and maritime, among others. Usually provided with robust constructions, they can withstand prolonged and severe vibrations and offer excellent readability in all circumstances.

Marine displays are typically used in marine environments, on board ships, engine rooms, bridges and control rooms.

The range of robust displays meets strict requirements regarding shock, vibration, EMC and EMI as defined in the IEC 60945 international standard for Maritime Navigation and Radiocommunication Equipment. This range of displays approved for marine environments is sealed IP65 and above and is designed to be upgraded to meet military defense standards, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. Rugged LCD monitors are designed for military/naval COTS display mission systems.

IP models

The product specialists at Mulder-Hardenberg have knowledge and science of the many mounting options that are possible with rugged screens under which circumstances. Think of Optical bonding, transflective technology to increase sunlight readability. Compact metal constructions with reinforced glass protection, RS232 as standard, sealed IP65 front panels, advanced deep dimming, 2000:1, EMI low and resistance to prolonged vibration are essential criteria, IP65, 66 and 67 models.
