Marine displays are typically used in marine environments, on board ships, engine rooms, bridges and control rooms.
The range of robust displays meets strict requirements regarding shock, vibration, EMC and EMI as defined in the IEC 60945 international standard for Maritime Navigation and Radiocommunication Equipment. This range of displays approved for marine environments is sealed IP65 and above and is designed to be upgraded to meet military defense standards, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. Rugged LCD monitors are designed for military/naval COTS display mission systems.
